Garlic bread
Ingredients:
1 cup a.p flour.
8 cloves garlic.
1 and a 1/2 Tbsp dried yeast.
A small bunch of fresh coriander leaves.
1/4 cup milk.
1/3 cup water.
2 tsp sugar.
2 tsp salt.
2 tsp pepper.
1 green chilli.
4 Tbsp olive oil.
1 stick of butter.
2 cubes of cheese.
Oregano.
Red chilli flakes.
Red chilli powder.
Garlic powder.

Method:
To a bowl of warm milk, add the yeast and sugar and stir well. Let rest for 15 mins or until it's nice and frothy.
Make a fine paste with the garlic cloves and a little water.

To a large bowl, add the flour, salt and pepper and combine till there are no lumps.
Add 1/2 of the garlic paste and a little water. Knead a little bit and then add the yeast mixture. Knead until it forms a shaggy dough and then add 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Keep kneading for 15 minutes and the dough would have become smooth.
Place it in an oiled dish, coat with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and cover the dish with cling film. Let rest for 1 and 1/2 hour.

After 1 and a 1/2 hour the dough should be about double the size.
Puncture it, knead just a little and form it back into a sphere, and place it back into the dish for a second proofing of 15 minutes.

Until then prep your Ingredients.

Melt the butter and to half of the melted butter add the garlic paste and stir well.
Leave the remaining half as it is.
Finely chop your coriander leaves, chop your green chilli, shred your cheese and coat your baking dish generously with butter.

After 15 minutes, remove the dough and place it onto a large flat surface well coated with oil. Using your fingers just press it down into a big yet not too large flat circle. It should be quite thick. To one half of the dough, coat with the garlic butter. Add the shredded cheese and sprinkle your coriander leaves, 1 tsp of dried oregano, green chilli, some extra salt, 1 tsp of dried red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of garlic powder and bring the other half over this half forming a semi circle. Slightly pinch the edges and make sure they're well sealed.
Slowly lift it up and place it onto the baking dish. Generously coat with butter, sprinkle some oregano, a little red chilli powder. Using a knife cut long streaks/ridges into only the top part of the bread  not cutting-edge off any part. Place it into a preheated oven at 250 degree celcius for 15 -17 minutes or once the top is nice and golden.
